Muna’s story in fitness began at just 15 years old. Like most teenagers stepping into the gym for the first time, he didn’t know everything—but he had something more important: the drive to show up, to learn, and to push himself.
Those early years were filled with trial and error. He watched, listened, and absorbed from everyone around him—older lifters, athletes, and mentors who carried years of experience. Each one left an imprint, teaching him lessons not only about training but about discipline, resilience, and consistency.
Over time, the gym became more than a place to lift weights. It became a classroom. Every rep, every set, every mistake, and every correction added to his knowledge. He learned that progress wasn’t about shortcuts but about showing up day after day, even when motivation faded.
Now, after years of training, studying, and applying what he’s learned, Muna has built an enormous foundation of fitness knowledge. What began as a young man’s curiosity has turned into a life’s work of understanding how to train, how to fuel the body, and how to unlock true potential.
